2009 Little Bear Creek

Back for its sixth vintage, the 2009 LBC is the most complex and compelling style yet. The vintage brought us super ripe fruit and, with careful barrel ageing, its style is reminiscent of the ‘05 and ‘07 vintages.

Inky- Bold purple colors swirl in the glass. The nose reminds me of a warm vintage Pauillac.  A deep colored wine with expressions of toasty oak, cassis, coffee, jammy dark berries, and tobacco. The ripe up-front fruit in this wine will be great for any occasion or will age well in the cellar for at least 5-7 years. Pair with Barbeque or a thick steak!
